I provide Oracle data recovery service by internet. When I say data recovery, always means cases without valid backup available, and have to use AUL/MyDUL to read data directly from existing data files. There are four types of service methods.
Be present. If you are in Shanghai (a big city of China), then I can be present to do the data recovery at my free time. I never did it before.
Download and upload. If your data files are small (you can zip it), then I can download the data files and recover the data, finally upload the result text files or dmp files back to you. This method usually take very long time in downloading and uploading.
Remote login. If you can allow internet remote login, it's a good method. But in fact, I know a lot of companies do not allow remote login due to security setting.
Recover locally. You just download the AUL software, get the AUL license, and learn how to perform the recovery by yourself. I can be on MSN or other IM tools for online support. I have recovered more than 1TB data for global customers with this method. And I do not need the access of your data files, so you have the highest level business data security.
AUL data recovery service is more flexible than Oracle DUL, you can get the data back as quickly as possible.
