    AUL(MyDUL) can read rows directly from Oracle data files without Oracle environment, so it can be used to perform recovery when you cannot open the database while you have no backup available. DBAs sometimes hit the following case without good backup and recovery test plan.

1, System tablespace lost of corrupted.

2, Drop tablespace by mistaken.

3, Drop tables by mistaken.

4, Data file block corruption, file header or segment header.

5, The backup cannot be used for recovery when needed.

    AUL(MyDUL) was put into use about two and half years ago. Where has it been used? I have recovered data for customers from the following countries and areas.

    I have to tell you that it's very unlucky for data recovery with this tool. It's not a free tool, you will be charged for every recovery. Just remember it, but try your best not to use it.
